1. Digital Nature of Services
All astrology reports, consultations, and predictions provided on OdiaJyotish.in are digital and personalized in nature. Due to the uniqueness of each report and the effort involved in analyzing birth details, all sales are final.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once a service (such as a horoscope report, kundali analysis, or consultation) has been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.
3. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue.
- You made a payment but did not receive the service within the promised delivery timeframe (typically 3–5 business days), and no valid explanation or rescheduling was provided.
- The service was not delivered at all, and you have attempted to contact us at least once via email or phone without a response within 7 business days.
If your case meets the above criteria, you may request a refund by contacting us (see Section 5 below).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You change your mind after placing the order
- You are dissatisfied with the predictions or outcomes of the service
- You provided incorrect birth or personal details during the service request
- Delays caused by technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages, email delivery errors)
